This Privacy Policy explains how Zoptic LLC ("Zoptic," "we," "us") handles information collected through getzoptic.com, our informational website. Our individual products, including AthleteIntro and Sports Coach OS, are governed by their own separate terms and privacy policies on their respective sites.
Who we are
Zoptic LLC is an independent sports technology company. getzoptic.com is the umbrella site that introduces our products and lets prospective coaches, athletic departments, organizations, and families learn about us and request a conversation. This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of themselves, a program, or an organization. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Scheduling and intake are handled through our scheduling provider; the information you enter there is shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the conversation.
